What you'll do

• Manage multi-state payroll processing
• validate payroll inputs and adjustments
• ensure payroll tax and wage-and-hour compliance
• coordinate tax filings and registrations with providers
• prepare payroll journal entries and reconciliations
• conduct payroll audits
• maintain audit-ready records
• support internal and external audits
• document payroll procedures and SOX-compliant controls
• support system implementations and process improvements
• and provide payroll reporting for close activities.
