What you'll do

• Develop and configure ServiceNow
• use JavaScript and client-side and server-side scripting
• design, secure, and troubleshoot API integrations
• work with REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0, authentication, logging, and monitoring
• use ITSM modules, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, ACLs, automated testing, data models, and CMDB
• support user-centered design, accessibility, security, and maintainability
• participate in testing, code review, source control, and release management
• collaborate with stakeholders.
