Automotive Bookkeeper

The Automotive Bookkeeper role is onsite in Miami, FL, at Brickell Buick GMC. Compensation is $24–$28 per hour. The position supports the dealership’s accounting department and its day-to-day financial operations. The bookkeeper helps maintain accurate financial records and timely reporting by processing deposits and transactions, supporting accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, and assisting with closing and audit activities. The role works with the Senior Accountant, Controller, and dealership finance team.

What you'll do

• Process and reconcile daily cash deposits, credit card transactions, and bank statements
• assist with accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and payment tracking
• support month-end and year-end closing
• help prepare financial statements and management reports
• post transactions to the general ledger
• reconcile accounts
• maintain accounting records
• support audits
• and work with the dealership finance team to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely reporting.
