What you'll do

• Populate an Apple HealthKit profile with applicable data
• link health records from a qualifying institution through Apple Health Records, including clinical notes and other required categories
• consent to sharing age, gender, approximate region, and activity level
• submit a genuine export from the participant’s own Health app with continuous history.
