What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop the OEM Engineering team
• own technical strategy and execution for OEM opportunities
• serve as the primary engineering interface for strategic customers
• evaluate opportunities and define system architectures and project strategies
• provide feasibility, risk, scope, resource, and schedule assessments
• develop concepts, prototypes, calculations, and preliminary layouts
• partner with commercial, project management, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and regulatory teams
• drive reusable platforms and design standardization
• ensure compliance with product development, quality, and applicable regulatory requirements.
