What you'll do

• Prepare payroll-related, intercompany, and general journal entries
• assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closes
• reconcile bank, balance-sheet, and general-ledger accounts
• maintain fixed-asset and vendor records
• prepare and maintain sales, use, fuel, and payroll tax reports
• assist with audits
• review records for accuracy and compliance
• support accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, and invoicing
• help improve procedures and controls.
