The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is onsite in West Des Moines, IA, with a stated base salary of $90,000 per year and a $15,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments. What you'll do

• Coordinate and provide applied behavior analysis, functional analyses and assessments, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills services
• train Registered Behavior Technicians
• collaborate with families and service providers, including in IEPs and ISPs
• complete assessments and reports within required timelines
• guide BCaBAs
• oversee RBTs working directly with clients
• maintain funder-required service documentation
• follow clinical policies, accreditation standards, applicable laws, and HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
