What you'll do

• Interpret and administer collective bargaining agreements
• advise managers and supervisors on contract application
• investigate grievances, prepare responses, and support grievance meetings
• work toward timely dispute resolution
• maintain union relationships
• support compliance with labor laws including the NLRA
• develop and deliver manager training
• investigate union-related employee concerns
• analyze grievance data and prepare reports.
