What you'll do

• Direct Rooms, Food & Beverage, Sales, Engineering, and administrative operations
• manage P&L, budgets, forecasts, revenue, labor productivity, and expenses
• lead department heads
• manage union workforce and labor relations
• collaborate on occupancy and revenue performance
• oversee restaurant, bar, banquet, and catering operations
• monitor guest feedback and brand standards
• ensure regulatory compliance
• oversee maintenance and capital improvements
• execute strategic business plans
• maintain stakeholder relationships.

Why this role
