What you'll do

• Identify uninsured and underinsured patients who may qualify for Louisiana Medicaid
• assist patients and families with applications, documentation, and enrollment
• navigate Louisiana Medicaid eligibility systems and processes
• follow up on pending applications and resolve eligibility or enrollment issues
• coordinate with Medicaid representatives, state agencies, and managed care organizations
• identify possible retroactive eligibility
• work with hospital admissions, intake, and financial teams
• maintain accurate documentation and comply with applicable regulations.
