What you'll do

• Operate, clean, and maintain the dish machine
• wash and transport dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
• clean and sanitize kitchen, restaurant, and commissary areas
• restock cleaning products and organize deliveries
• report supply, equipment, quality, and service issues
• assist the kitchen and other crew members as needed
• follow safety, sanitation, and security procedures.
