Project Manager

The Project Manager role is onsite in New York, NY. The stated base salary range is $140,000–$180,000 per year. Monadnock Construction’s project team delivers construction projects to budget, schedule, and quality standards. The manager oversees project execution from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, professionals, budgets, schedules, safety, and owner communications. The role contributes to timely, well-coordinated construction and supports field staff and junior project personnel.

What you'll do

• Review plans for constructability
• coordinate logistics, utilities, permits, and approvals
• coordinate subcontractor and purchase-order procurement
• prepare scopes, bid comparisons, budgets, payment documentation, requisitions, and change orders
• create and update construction schedules
• review submittals and shop drawings
• track requests for information
• monitor safety and subcontractor performance
• coordinate building signoffs and certificates of occupancy
• manage closeout documentation
• communicate project progress to owners and project partners
• support junior staff.
