Director of Sales, World of Concrete

The Director of Sales, World of Concrete role is based onsite in Irving, TX, with flexibility to work from home or remotely when not working in person with colleagues, customers, or partners. What you'll do

• Develop sales strategies for acquisition, retention, and account expansion
• identify domestic and international market opportunities
• use customer insights and competitive analysis to refine strategy
• collaborate with Marketing on campaigns
• lead and develop salespeople
• build customer and industry relationships
• represent the company at industry events
• oversee pipeline, budgets, and CRM data
• report on retention, new business, ROI, and sales effectiveness.
