Dependency Case Manager

What you'll do

• Conduct home visits to assess safety, permanency, and well-being
• engage children, parents, and caregivers toward case goals
• identify and refer children for medical, dental, educational, and mental health services
• prepare reports and testify in court hearings
• ensure court orders are followed
• maintain case files and system notes
• build relationships with clients and stakeholders
• gather information for case planning and court decisions
• safely operate a personal vehicle.
