What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop Credit Analysts
• assign and prioritize work and manage deadlines
• review analyst work for accuracy and credit quality
• perform and oversee financial analysis of borrowers, guarantors, and related entities
• review financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, collateral, repayment capacity, and credit risk
• prepare and review credit presentations, annual reviews, renewals, modifications, and other documentation
• work with Commercial Lenders on credit requests and financing structure
• identify and communicate credit weaknesses, risks, and policy exceptions.
