Lead Maintenance Technician, Property Management

The technician supports The Reserve at Alamo Ranch by helping keep the property safe, well-maintained, and appealing for residents, guests, and owners. The role exists to coordinate and perform property and building maintenance, respond promptly to service requests, and support resident satisfaction. It also helps maintain safe, orderly grounds, equipment, and units through preventive work and move-in and move-out inspections.

What you'll do

• Perform building and property maintenance, including preventive maintenance, service requests, groundskeeping, capital improvements, and turnover work. Maintain inventory and the maintenance shop
• diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and other listed systems. Follow safety and environmental procedures, inspect units before move-in and after move-out, provide professional resident service, report progress to the Property Manager, and participate in the rotating on-call schedule.
