What you'll do

• Lead and supervise the medical team

• collaborate on performance improvement and clinical outcomes
• optimize clinic workflows, access, and provider efficiency
• establish productivity, documentation, and quality expectations
• oversee peer review and quality assurance
• maintain clinical policies and protocols
• identify opportunities to expand services and improve care delivery
• direct outreach and off-site health programs
• supervise students
• arrange referrals
• review and follow up on test reports
• ensure infection-control compliance
• serve as Medical Laboratory Director.
