What you'll do

• Conduct behavioral health assessments and provide therapy based on client needs
• develop and update individualized treatment plans
• provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy within training and scope
• use evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches
• support coping skills and treatment goals
• provide crisis intervention when clinically appropriate
• complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• collaborate with providers and care managers
• coordinate referrals and community resources
• follow HIPAA, payer guidelines, professional standards, and organizational policies.
