Behavior Technician | Autism & Behavior Support

Job overview

The Behavior Technician role is onsite in Brooklyn, NY, and is part-time with flexible scheduling based on client needs. Pay is $20–$30 per hour. Escalate ABA provides individualized therapy and support to help children with autism lead meaningful lives. The technician implements individualized treatment plans under Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervision and tracks client progress. The role supports children’s development through behavioral interventions, skill-building, and collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.

What you'll do

• Implement behavioral interventions and treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• collect and record client progress data
• monitor and report behavior and skill development
• collaborate with therapists and multidisciplinary teams
• support clients and families with skill-building strategies
• maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
