What you'll do

• Assist with drills, skills training, and game play for youth basketball players
• provide on-court guidance, encouragement, and mentorship
• support the Head Coach with session planning and player development
• set up and break down training stations and equipment
• communicate with players, families, and team staff
• foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment.
