The Home Health Aide role is onsite in Clermont, FL, providing care in clients’ homes; pay is $16–$17.50 per hour. Golden Heart Senior Care’s mission is to provide compassionate home care that supports clients’ dignity, independence, and choice. The aide provides personal care and homemaker or companion services according to each client’s plan of care. Assistance with daily activities, household tasks, and communication with families and the care team helps clients remain supported at home.

What you'll do

• Provide housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, companionship, personal hygiene assistance, and memory care
• coordinate care for clients with degenerative conditions
• communicate professionally with families and the team
• respect client ethics and confidentiality
• meet screening, driving, and insurance requirements.
