The Estimator role is an onsite position in Grand Junction, CO, with a stated annual salary range of $60,000–$100,000. The estimator is the company’s primary sales position and works with customers in their homes and/or the showroom. The role develops customer needs into accurate measurements, drawings, and quotations, then coordinates details with internal teams and vendors. Follow-up before and after installation supports sales and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Understand customer needs in the home or showroom
• suggest relevant company products and services
• manage customer expectations
• measure openings or spaces as appropriate
• prepare shop drawings and quotations
• record customer and job details in sales software
• communicate details to office and installation teams
• follow up on pending quotes and after installation
• communicate with vendors and order materials for sold jobs
• generate leads through promotion, networking, and cold-calling.
