What you'll do

• Enter, compile, sort, and verify membership data
• issue membership cards and update passwords
• provide fraternal officers website access and guide webmasters through the Membership Portal
• evaluate information for compliance with National Constitution, Bylaws, and Regulations
• answer inbound calls and assist callers
• process paperwork and credit card issues
• communicate with members by email.
