What you'll do

• Meet and exceed individual sales goals

• deliver an elevated customer experience and build loyal client relationships
• represent brand values and educate customers about sustainability
• maintain customer experience feedback and service evaluation scores
• support inventory accuracy and loss prevention
• uphold time and attendance policies
• maintain selling-floor and store standards
• share product knowledge
• communicate customer feedback to support product and merchandising improvements
• help keep the store inspiring and products accessible.
