What you'll do

• Plan, assign, schedule, and review maintenance workforce activities
• administer preventive and corrective maintenance and work orders
• manage maintenance materials, tools, equipment, and assigned vehicles
• perform skilled and semi-skilled trades work as required
• ensure work meets safety, trade, code, licensing, and agency-policy requirements.
