What you'll do

• Orchestrate multiple AI coding agents across concurrent work streams
• own features from specification through implementation, review, QA, deployment, and production verification
• design systems across the Rails, Solidus, GraphQL, React, and Kubernetes stack
• review AI-generated code for correctness and security
• build internal AI tooling and evaluation resources
• monitor deployments and respond to incidents
• collaborate cross-functionally
• and mentor engineers on AI-native workflows.
