What you'll do

• Support leadership with budgeting, financial oversight, employee performance management, and cash management
• help properties meet budget expectations and comply with applicable regulations
• provide on-site and remote portfolio support
• duties could include rent collection, invoice processing, apartment tours and leasing, rental applications, HUD and LIHTC certifications, waitlist management, repair coordination, property review preparation, resident support, and interviewing.
