What you'll do

• Greet and tour prospective residents
• explain amenities, floor plans, and community features

• execute lease agreements in compliance with Fair Housing laws
• process applications, screenings, and move-ins
• assist with renewals
• coordinate unit readiness with property management and maintenance
• participate in marketing initiatives, resident events, and outreach.
