Production Operator, 1st Shift

The Production Operator role is onsite in Grand Haven, MI, with compensation of $18–$22 per hour. The role supports Kaidi LLC’s metal manufacturing operations, producing inline actuators and understructure assemblies for height-adjustable desks. Operators run production equipment and support quality, safety, and reliable output across departments. The position contributes to launching the new facility and meeting production schedules through accurate records, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Operate laser cutters, press brakes, welders, powder-coating equipment, conveyors, and mechanical assembly stations
• maintain production records
• follow OSHA and company safety standards
• work with production leads to meet schedules
• support quality and continuous improvement.
