The Healthcare Coordinator – Legacy of Waupaca role is onsite in Waupaca, WI, and pays $22–$24 per hour, with a $1.50-per-hour weekend shift differential when applicable. The coordinator supports staffing and operations for the assisted living community, working with the Director of Nursing on care documentation, medication tasks, resident concerns, and communication between shifts. The role helps maintain appropriate staffing and quality care in accordance with applicable regulations.

What you'll do

• Create caregiver schedules
• assist with staff in-services, reviews, recruiting, hiring, termination, supervision, and new employee training
• help maintain adequate staffing and caregiver service quality
• prepare the monthly medication administration record for Director of Nursing review and approval
• document delegated tasks according to regulations and the Nurse Practice Act
• handle medication reminders and administrations delegated by the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing
• contribute to resident assessments and service plans
• report health concerns
• coordinate medical information between shifts
• fill in for resident associates or caregivers when needed
• comply with applicable laws and regulations.
