Call Center Debt Collector

What you'll do

• Contact consumers to discuss delinquencies and repayment options
• update account status and consumer information in the computer system
• maintain detailed notes
• meet performance goals and deadlines
• follow firm policies and comply with the FDCPA and state consumer protection laws.
