What you'll do

• Greet service customers

• provide repair and maintenance estimates
• follow vehicle-care policies
• update customers on repair progress
• manage extended service contracts
• inspect repair quality and confirm work is complete
• notify customers when vehicles are ready
• explain repairs and costs
• handle minor concerns and complaints
• inform the Service Manager of problems
• and maintain Customer Satisfaction Index scores in line with dealership standards.
