What you'll do

• Perform damage investigations and field safety audits
• conduct ride-alongs
• manage ticket distribution, vehicles, equipment, supplies, and team recruitment
• mentor locate technicians
• help with difficult locates
• conduct crew meetings and reporting
• address customer concerns
• report and investigate accidents or injuries
• follow standard operating procedures.
