What you'll do

• Lead month-end close for commercialized licensing arrangements
• record royalty income and expense and complete balance sheet reconciliations
• oversee royalty, profit-share, and milestone payments and collections
• maintain commercial milestone inventory and forecasts
• support commercial planning
• coordinate financial information with Alliance Management and partners
• serve as finance lead for joint committees
• advise on financial aspects of licensing agreements
• support legal requests and audits
• review new licensing agreements with Business Development
• supervise, mentor, and develop a team of 10, including two direct reports.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 7–10 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including supervisory experience. CPA and/or MBA is preferred but not required.
