What you'll do

• Prepare invoices for unit-price, time-and-materials, lump-sum, and cost-plus contracts
• reconcile timesheets, field tickets, equipment logs, and completion reports
• bill storm restoration and emergency work
• submit invoices through utility vendor portals
• process change orders and retainage
• apply payments and resolve short pays and disputes
• monitor aging and past-due balances
• reconcile AR to the general ledger
• maintain contract and vendor files
• prepare AR reports.
