What you'll do

• Manage change requests, reactive maintenance, deviations, and CAPA
• mentor and train direct reports
• support vendor qualification and internal audits
• support scheduled on-call duties for the temperature-controlled warehouse
• lead facility audits with state, federal, ISO, and client representatives
• maintain quality systems and regulatory compliance
• support holds and releases
• investigate discrepancies and corrective actions
• collect quality metrics and identify trends
• oversee review of cleanroom sampling and dispensing paperwork
• provide quality-document training.
