What you'll do

• Learn alongside an emergency credentialed veterinary technician
• shadow and assist with triage, outpatient visits, diagnostics, anesthesia, and inpatient care
• practice skills required by the student’s school proficiency checklist with mentorship and guidance. The externship length is based on program requirements, and the student selects an available VEG hospital location.
