What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and the public
• follow site security procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate
• respond to incidents, alarms, outages, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas
• monitor restricted-area access and verify credentials as required
• maintain visitor and contractor entry records
• document patrols, incidents, and observations and communicate relevant information.
