Resident Assistant

What you'll do

• Obtain and record vital signs and report deviations to the supervising nurse
• assist with personal care, nutrition, ambulation, transfers, positioning, and medication reminders
• follow individualized service plans and daily task sheets
• communicate status changes
• follow infection-control procedures
• maintain clean and safe environments
• document progress
• encourage activities
• attend required meetings and training.
