The Senior Recruiter, AI & Engineering position is onsite in Mountain View, CA, Monday through Friday. Compensation is $120,000–$160,000 per year in base salary; the role may also be eligible for discretionary bonus and options. The recruiter supports NewsBreak’s AI-powered content platform by building its technical teams. This individual-contributor role owns complex technical searches from role scoping through offer close. The recruiter partners with engineering leaders and hiring managers on sourcing, interview design, candidate experience, and recruiting improvements to help meet hiring plans for AI, machine learning, infrastructure, and engineering roles.

What you'll do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, AI, machine learning, and infrastructure roles
• partner with hiring managers on role scope and hiring plans
• manage concurrent specialized searches
• develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
• advise on market intelligence and offer strategy
• coordinate structured interviews and technical assessments
• use recruiting metrics to improve hiring processes
• champion recruiting tools and contribute to employer branding.
