Senior Manager, Energy Markets Design

The Senior Manager, Energy Markets Design role is onsite four days per week in Carmel, IN; compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Lead staff developing market rules, tariff provisions, and operational requirements for day-ahead, real-time energy, ancillary services, and Financial Transmission Rights markets
• lead cross-departmental initiatives and market enhancements
• collaborate on annual and five-year plans
• analyze market and infrastructure policy
• communicate proposals to stakeholders, regulators, leadership, and the board
• manage budgets, performance, and staff development.
