What you'll do

• Train, supervise, and assist residents with activities of daily living
• support cleaning, laundry, cooking, and medication administration
• assist with bathing, hygiene, and toileting as needed
• provide active treatment services under resident plans
• maintain daily schedules
• document services, progress, behaviors, and incidents
• communicate resident needs and safety concerns to the Residential Site Manager.
