The Manufacturing Technician role is full-time and onsite in Lancaster, PA. Compensation is not specified. Advanced Cooling Technologies develops and manufactures thermal management solutions for aerospace, defense, data centers, energy, and industrial applications. Working closely with Engineering, the technician builds and tests thermal products and supports the transition of product development into manufacturing. The work contributes to manufacturing process development, product quality, and reliable hardware for demanding applications.

What you'll do

• Support engineering in designing, fabricating, testing, and using manufacturing tooling
• inspect and identify incoming and in-process materials
• braze or solder thermal products and support hardware
• fabricate hardware using manual bending and simple machining
• perform dimensional inspections with hand tools and portable CMM systems
• conduct leak and pressure testing, fluid transfer, and sealing according to procedures
• document manufacturing steps and traceability
• assist with fabrication and test procedures
• perform preventive maintenance.

Why this role
