What you'll do

• Lead and supervise contents moving team members
• assist with safe removal, loading, transport, and placement of furniture, boxes, and household items
• coordinate tasks with packing and restoration teams
• monitor productivity, safety, and quality
• organize truck loading and unloading
• assist with inventory and documentation
• train and mentor team members
• maintain trucks, storage areas, and job sites
• report concerns, delays, damages, and safety issues
• follow and help enforce company safety procedures.
