What you'll do

• Welcome guests
• provide departure, stop, and other visitor information
• scan tickets and direct guests to buses or boats
• collect guest information to help resolve service concerns
• coordinate with colleagues, bus operators, dispatchers, and managers
• care for company equipment
• monitor employee and guest safety
• and submit assigned reports. The posting requires availability for weekends and holidays and notes evenings and potential remote or offsite assignments as needed.
