What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day workforce development and education pathways programs
• develop implementation plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• manage grant requirements and performance goals
• maintain partner relationships
• track enrollment, attendance, outcomes, budgets, and deliverables
• analyze program data and recommend improvements
• prepare grant reports and funder updates.
