What you'll do

• Clean, stock, and prepare the clinical environment
• perform phlebotomy and simple laboratory procedures
• prepare specimens for transport
• take vital signs and prepare patients for procedures
• assist with patient flow and provide clinical support
• answer phones, schedule appointments, collect co-pays and payments, assist with billing, and update electronic medical records.

Why this role

The posting requires a high school diploma or equivalent, six months of healthcare experience, one year of medical terminology experience, knowledge of the Bloodborne Pathogen Standard, clinical pharmacology experience, and BLS certification. Medical Assistant certification or EMT is preferred.
