Finishing Operator

Job overview

The Finishing Operator works onsite in Grand Rapids, MI. The schedule includes five-hour shifts; compensation is $16 per hour. What you'll do

• Complete finishing tasks assigned by the lead or supervisor
• inspect parts for surface quality, color, profile appearance, and dimensions
• report quality issues
• complete finishing paperwork
• coordinate with material handlers on materials and changeovers
• follow housekeeping and 5S standards
• label scrap
• support continuous improvement and safe work practices.
