What you'll do

• Guide and oversee overnight team members
• ensure staffing assignments and care plans are completed
• serve as a point of contact for overnight concerns or emergencies
• communicate updates to leadership and incoming shifts
• assist residents with daily living activities and mobility
• monitor resident safety and well-being
• document care and observations
• maintain the home environment and supplies
• assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed.
