What you'll do

• Promote personnel safety and product quality and security
• lead, delegate, and motivate employees
• maintain orderly and safe docks, warehouse, staging, and storage areas
• instruct loaders, material handlers, and equipment operators in safe material handling
• verify outgoing product and inventory rotation
• manage staging and shipping of finished goods
• recommend and implement safety, quality, and productivity improvements
• select, train, coach, counsel, and monitor employees
• develop standard operating procedures
• complete related reports.
